Craig O’Flaherty is a highly experienced Management Consultant & Integral Coach® who facilitates strategic transformation, designing programmes across a wide range of industries and developing & coaching senior executives in leading international organisations. Operating at CEO, board and senior executive level, Craig has experience in dealing with the critical competitive issues facing organisations, working to fashion and help implement strategic change agendas that have helped to reposition organisations within their markets and industries. In addition to his passion for teaching coaching, he dedicates time as a one-on-one coach to executives from leading organisations across the globe, with leadership teams as a group coach, as well as consulting on the design and implementation of coaching cultures, interventions and processes into their businesses. His clients include SCMB, Chevron, Anglo American, Sanlam and British American Tobacco. He delights in assisting people and organisations towards captaincy of their fate and the exploration of roads less travelled.

Craig has a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Industrial Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand, a Master in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a Masters in Creative Writing (Poetry) from  Rhodes University.

Craig lives in Cape Town, South Africa. He is an avid photographer and enjoys writing poetry.

Daniel is a Certified Professional Integral Coach®, experienced Facilitator and a Managing Partner and Director of Centre for Coaching Switzerland. In addition to 1-on-1 coaching, his passion and talents for developing others lead him to also be a teacher and mentor on the coach training programmes run by the Centre for Coaching, as well as running in-house coaching workshops, Coaching Circles and leadership development interventions for blue-chip clients all over the world. In addition, he supports organisations in the design and implementation of leadership, coaching and mentoring interventions on both local and global levels.

Having spent 15 years in the corporate world and 10 years with entrepreneurial ventures, Daniel appreciates that success comes from our capacity to engage those around us. Practicing for the last 10 years, he has accumulated over 1000 hours of 1-on-1 and team coaching, focusing on executives and senior managers within large SMEs and NGOs.

Daniel has a Bachelor of Science majoring in Computer Science & Chemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa.

Daniel was born in South Africa and lives close to Geneva, Switzerland, he speaks English and French. He is married with 2 children and enjoys practicing martial arts, golf, ski-touring and mountaineering.

Daniel Beukes is a director of the Centre for Coaching at the University of Cape Town’s Graduate School of Business (GSB). He has extensive international experience of working with senior managers and their teams helping them to define and address organisational development needs in a way that sustains positive change.

Daniel has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services and banking sector. He has worked with SANLAM as a legal consultant and sales manager, and with Absa Brokers as a Regional and National Sales Manager. As a result of his deep interest in leadership and organisational development he retrained mid-career as an Organisational Development Consultant and Professional Coach. During his career transition, Daniel worked both as an Organisational Development Consultant for Absa Business Bank and as an Associate with the Centre for Coaching. In 2011 he co-founded The Abilene Project an organisational effectiveness consultancy and in 2016 he joined the Centre for Coaching as a director. Continue reading

As an Executive Coach, Daniel works mostly with executives preparing for transformational change, improving their team’s impact and effectiveness, and developing the leadership capabilities critical to their success.

His training in working with groups includes a two-year training programme (recognised by the Institute of Group Analysis in London) at Ububele, The African Psychotherapy Resource Centre in Kew, Johannesburg. Daniel also trained as a group process consultant with the Unisa Centre for Industrial and Organisational Psychology and attended numerous group relations working conferences including the Robben Island Diversity Experience (RIDE).

Daniel is currently enrolled for the 2-year Post-Graduate Certification Training in Mindfulness-Based Interventions. The course is a joint initiative by the Stellenbosch University’s Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences and IMISA (Institute of Mindfulness South Africa)

He certified as an Integral Coach through the Centre for Coaching (GSB) and New Ventures West (USA).
